Having issues where it won’t store certain photos, this just recently started I contacted Apple but they could not figure it out either so throughout my phone photos that I’ve taken aren’t there.

It's going to be two weeks since i received this iPhone and i have not gotten a single problem with this product. It was unlocked from the start but the only problem was that it wasn't charged, it was okay though.I needed a new phone since i went from iPhone 11 Pro to 12 Pro Max, sadly it broke only a month of using it but it was my brother's old phone. I would honestly buy again because the phone came in awesome condition!

A friend who is quite computer knowledgeable helped me. I was trying to erase it for return because the back arrow didn't work. My friend was able to fix it so I am not returning it.

First off, I never write reviews, but after my recent experiences I thought this might help some others.Needed to replace an aging IPhone which was still working great, but a lot of apps needing newer IOS. So, not looking for the lastest/greatest, just a good update. Decided IPh 14+ was a good option.Here were my first 3 strikes :1) I purchased an “Excellent” OPEN BOX phone from Best Buy. It came in a box sealed with Geek Squad tape. When opened, the phone had tons of fingerprints all over it, front and back; not a great first impression. After going through the startup process I was greeted with a screen that informed me that the phone had remote management software installed on it. Basically unusable.2) I returned it and they replaced it with another “Excellent” OPEN BOX. Same thing – both phones had been previously owned by some company (now out of business) who had loaded remote management software on the phones. So… these are expensive, unusable bricks, and shame on BB/Geek Squad for selling these phones to the public.3) After that experience I decided to give Amazon a try and bought a phone supplied by WOOT, as I have had good experiences with other Woot purchases. The phone arrived in a beat up generic box with the inside packaging worse than the outside. On the positive side, the phone was cosmetically very good with no obvious scratches, etc. So, everything looked good until I checked the battery health. 81%. NOT GOOD. Yes, it meets the described spec of >80% for their “Excellent” condition, but will going to be into the Apple service condition in a couple of weeks. Returned to Amazon/Woot and waiting for refund.After reading a ton of reviews I decided to give it one more shot and get a “Premium” condition directly from Amazon.com. Most of the reviews of these phones were much better than all of the other vendors. They are definitely more expensive but come with a 365 day warranty vs 90 day and spec at >90% battery life. Phone arrived today. It was VERY nicely packaged in a SEALED shrink wrapped professional looking box. Opened the box and found a phone with what appeared to be the original Apple protective film still in place on the front and back. Battery was dead so after a quick charge I was able to check battery health…… 100% and 0 charge cycles. Basically this is a brand NEW, NEVER USED phone.I can’t say how impressed I was after three bad experiences. I saved a couple $hundred compared to BB or Apple and got a brand new phone ….. It’s all about the journey  !!!

I waited and waited before I purchased this. I read every review and finally pulled the trigger. So glad I did. Phone is in perfect condition not even a scratch on it. And saved myself a lot of money. The battery health is at 90% which I expected. Still holds a charge all day while using most the day. I highly recommend

The media could not be loaded. Out of the box it’s a pretty good phone! No blemishes on the cosmetics and set up my eSIM just fine. Battery is at 100 capacity though it does take a while to charge. It might just be my charging port or the wire itself, I’ll have to see. Anyways , feel brand new as if it wasn’t even refurbished! I just received the phone , but I’ll update the review in a few months just incase there’s anything else. Other than that, it’s a functioning phone! 🩷
