    Excellent condition. Unlocked.My only weird thing is the screen has some kind of a plastic film on it. It doesn't affect or is easily visible, but... It's there. It looks like something used to cover up screen scratches. (Can't peel it off. Tried)Otherwise, excellent as described

    1.0 out of 5 stars Important features of the phone did not work.
    I got the phone from FEDEX and a black Buick showed up and randomly delivered my phone once I got it it was good for the first 30 mins until I opened the camera app to see that it was not working. I would open the app upfor it to give me a warning to say the camera app failed. And I tried it again for it to crash again. The phone would not update at all it would tell me that the update was interrupted and to try again in the next 24 hrs and last but certainly not least not only was it already locked to att despite me getting it unlocked but the fingerprint scanner wouldn't work and said the fingerprint scanner needed to be calibrated I tried everything I even called Samsung to tell them what's happened and they remotely controlled my phone and everything and all they could do was tell me to go to a Samsung store in which I'm in Deming NM so there are no stores where I live and he also recommended that I trade it in for a s23 for a discounted price I even tried safe mode NOTHING worked I'm not saying don't buy from here but I'm saying to buy with caution I wish I took videos but I've already returned the phone the same day I got it.

    Phone was delayed even after paying $11 for express shipping. The new arrival date was estimated to come on a Thursday but thankfully came that Monday instead. Phone was not charged either, after plugging it in and going through the initial setup, I couldn't access the home screen due to the UI launcher crashing. Turning the phone on and off, clearing cache, and even factory resetting the phone didn't fix it. Eventually I just had to install a new home launcher and that fixed it. Since then, the phone was been working completely fine. It also did come in good physical shape, there was no evidence of scratches or cracks on it.

    Almost perfect, chose the "excellent" option, phone has some scratches on the back and plastic edges look "used" with worn or faded colors. Also, cannot change between 3G, LTE or 5G, the option is hidden. Phone has also restarted by itself once, was browsing settings app when screen went black and the phone restarted. Everything was packaged neatly though, survived a trip from USA 2 stops, EU 2 stops, Africa 2 stops and finally ending in Namibia, all within 8 days. Africa took the longest. The included power adapter was a 10w Motorola unit, wasn't happy with that.Everything functions except for the hidden setting & that one random restart. Would've been nice if they included a screen protector & case.Will buy again.

    I desperately needed a new phone, but the prices of the newer ones are prohibitive. I decided to look for a good used one. I came across this one, and I decided to order it. I used the smart switch app to transfer my information, settings, etc., to this from my old Samsung phone. That was seamless. Everything worked great. But I was unable to switch it on the Xfinity app or online. I ended up taking it to the Comcast office, and they quickly had the problem fixed.The condition of the phone is excellent, as was advertised--no scratches or dents or cosmetic issues of any kind. The battery seems to last a long time. The screen is clear and bright, and the sound is great!

    Very disappointed in this "refurbished" phone. I selected the higher priced one that was supposed to be in EXCELLENT condition. What I got is one that has a lot of visible damage to the the frame of the phone along all edges. It's clearly never been in a protective case and has been dropped numerous times. Also, the One UI app will not start, it crashes before you can even do anything with the phone. I was able to find a way to get into settings and do a factory reset but that didn't solve the problem. Ultimately I'm return this phone, it's non useable.

    Great phone. I like it. Battery is fair. Does not last a long time. That is the way it is with a refurbished phone. Other than that no complaints. Easy to switch sim cards and transfer everything from old phone to this one.
