Description states AT&T phone but not that it was locked to AT&TAn AT&T phone can be unlocked if there is not an unpaid subscription attached to it.This phone has an unpaid subscription associated with it and should not have been sold as it was!

DO NOT BUY!!!! I received the phone, put the sim card in it, and my service was automatically suspended. I contacted my phone carrier and they said it was because the device had been reported as stolen.
