This phone came to me delivered in perfect working condition as far as I could tell I received it yesterday and the battery was on 12%. I barely got enough juice out of the battery to set it up before it ultimately died I put it on the charger charged it to 100% and it seems like the battery might be defective everything else seems to work great but the battery dies super fast I messaged the seller and they suggested to return it for a refund... I was hoping there was some other solution but I'm doing as they suggested and purchasing the same phone from a different vendor.. (update.. the new phone I ordered was also defective but that one had a bug in its software so I'm choosing the lesser of 2 problems and just gonna deal with a fast dying battery)

Only issue, is that there seems to be something wrong with the power block. The charging chord itself works, as I tested it in another power black and USB ports. I even tried my other charging cable (previously owned) in the power black that came with the phone and couldn't get any charge. So thats the only thing of note: the power block has an issue.Phone is absolutely excellent.

I wasn't really expecting a basically brand new phone, but that's exactly what I seemed to have received. I couldn't find a single scratch or scuff on the screen, frame, or back. Performance is as expected.It arrived with initial setup done, which is convenient, but I went ahead and factory reset for peace of mind. Definitely a good deal for what I received, upgrading from a OnePlus Nord N10. I still liked the Nord, but it was too old for some apps and the charging port had issues.The s23 is insanely customizable, but I do miss the ability to have a 4 digit pin without requiring me to hit OK, but that's more OneUI than anything. I am really impressed with the seller.

This item came within promised delivery time frame. I trusted Amazon to deliver a quality refurbished phone and this seller did not disappoint.The phone came adequately packaged and in good condition with no visible scratches. After putting in our active sim, the phone which was bought unlocked factory refurbished came on with no issues.Similar in size to the Samsung Galaxy S22 but slightly lighter.The camera quality is amazing and was the highlight of the phone so I'm very excited for him to create videos with this device.Overall happy with the purchase and the device doesn't have any issues. Bought this phone as a content phone for my husband and he loves it.

Update: I tried again. This phone appears to be functioning perfectly. (Seems like it was supplied by a different "renewer" than the first one.) A couple very minor dings around the rim of the phone body, but can't even see them because I use a case.Originally: I think Amazon should reimburse me the difference in price (this one was about $15 more than the first one) because it wasn't my fault for needing to spend again/more. Their Customer Service is usually stellar, so I expect no issues. If I haven't updated this update, assume all went well.Update: Unexpectedly, I got pushback initially from Customer Service. Their policy, the agent said, is not to price-match items from 3rd-party sellers. OK, I get that, but that's a non-sequitur. YOU (Amazon) sold me a defective item the first time. YOU engage your suppliers, I don't. I buy from YOU. I shouldn't be penalized for YOUR bad business decision. I said the right thing to do is consider my lifetime customer value, not this one specific purchase (ask me how I'm aware of this concept in Big Retail), and not damage my loyalty. If, as YOUR tagline says, YOU are "Earth's most customer-centric company," then YOU should be paying this penalty, not me. The agent finally offered me the maximum "promotional certificate" he could--which amounted to the approximate price difference. Had the difference been greater, I would have escalated to a supervisor with more authority to make things right.First try: Item took longer to ship/arrive than stated in the listing. Then, come to find out, the camera was non-operational. Amazon Renewed Guarantee is supposed to include having been "professionally inspected" and "rigorously tested." Very disappointing. Will try again, hopefully not against my better judgement.

I just upgraded from my S21 that I purchased from Amazon renewed that lasted 4 years of abuse. I don't see the need to buy a newer phone.Pros:-Great condition, like new.-unlocked dual SIM model-fast shipping, 1 day early!Cons:-provided adapter slow charged, I only use OEMor good brand chargers and cables. I suggest you get a good quality new cable Atleast.-packaging was torn and had minimal protection against shipping damage.

The phone that was sent to me is so good, you would think its brand new! It came secure, in a white box with bubble wrap. The phone works perfectly, not a single scratch. I've had it for a few months, and everything still works perfectly. It was factory unlocked, so it was super easy to link my phone number to it. The phone doesn't heat up, works fast, and has the latest one ui update with no issues.
