Received in July and set up just basic functions. Did not do data transfer or sim card at that time Perfect like new condition. Kept it charged and let it update a couple more times until this week.Did data transfer and popped in the sim. Seamless transition...Smart Switch must be upgraded from a couple of years ago. Anyway, wife loves the phone.Really a good deal.

After getting a defective refurbished galaxy note 20 that I had to return I was skeptical on getting another refurbished phone. The return took a while to hit my account but was easy enough to do. I went with the s23 this time and wow it came brand new and works fine with no scratches or blemishes that I can tell. It was a verizon phone but after setting the phone up I was able to switch the network to my carrier t-moblie without any issue so it was unlocked out the box. it has verizon software on it which I know was probably integrated into the OS so it's something that can't be removed easily but it doesn't affect the phone in any way. would definitely recommend.

1.0 out of 5 stars Not really unlocked and it can't read physical SIM card

Even though the phone looked great and was advertised as unlocked, I could never get it to work. It would not read the SIM or ESIM provided by either company that I tried, and it took weeks and weeks and paying for phone plans through two different phone carriers for a month each paid up front to realize that the phone itself had some kind of flaw. Both companies spent hours with me on the phone, trying repeatedly to get the phone I bought to talk to their system, as it was showing as compatible, but the phone itself kept saying to insert a SIM card, even though I tried three different physical SIM cards, , plus downloaded ESims from each company, and it just kept saying insert a SiM card. Hundreds of dollars down the drain, plus an extra hundred in useless phone plans, and no way of finding out that it is actually a bad phone until it is too late to make a complaint, because it takes so long to get a SIM card from a phone company each time. One of the techs said that it may be a cloned phone or from another country, or locked to a carrier, but sold as unlocked, but that they really had no idea what was wrong with it, just that they could find no way to get it to connect and talk to their system. The IMEI number loaded into it said that it was compatible each time, when they typed the number into their system, but when they tried to connect with an ESIM to get around the fact that the phone won't read a SIMP card, they got a message back saying that the phone was locked to a different carrier. Super disappointing purchase.

Phone was delivered in like-new condition with a new charging cable, and was unlocked as advertised. I swapped the SIM card from my old phone and after going through the initial setup procedures, everything worked perfectly. The Samsung Galaxy S23 itself is fantastic. The screen arrived in pristine condition, the battery life is excellent, and the speakers are loud and clear without distortion. For the price, this is a steal. The camera quality is out of this world. Pictures stay crisp even at +3x zoom. It really is a great phone and I haven't found a better price for it.One important note: the phone is locked to AT&T. Unlocking it for use with another carrier can be time-consuming and may cost extra. If you already use AT&T, this phone is an amazing deal. If you plan to switch carriers, be prepared for additional steps and costs. Honestly I would say not even worth it if you're going to switch carriers. If you plan to keep it with AT&T then I think this is one of the best deals.Overall, despite the carrier lock, the phone performs exceptionally well and I highly recommend it.

Transferred over to this Renewed S23 FE 265mb and has been working flawlessly. The phone arrived well packaged by Amazon and in absolute immaculate condition. Not a scratch or dent. If you ask me it looks completely brand new. Everything transferred over using Samsung Switch app without a hiccup. My husband is eyeballing it to make it his. We will see for now...ITS MINE!!!
