Return and Refund Policy — GSM Buy

Overview
GSM Buy ships products exclusively to customers in the United States. We take product quality seriously, and all items are fully tested before shipment.

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for reasons other than defective or damaged products. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a product that is defective or damaged during shipping, we will accept a return and issue a refund or replacement. To qualify:

  1. Report the issue within 7 days of receiving the product.

  2. Use the Start a Return page on our website and follow the instructions.

  3. Provide photos or videos showing the defect or damage.

Once the return is approved, GSM Buy will provide a return shipping label if applicable. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method after we receive the returned item.

Non-Defective Items
Items that are not defective, damaged, or shipped incorrectly are not eligible for return or refund. This includes:

  • Change of mind

  • Ordering the wrong product

  • Products no longer needed

GSM Buy is not responsible for return shipping costs for non-defective items.
