This phone is great my dad. He is in great with technology, but the camera is really good for him for when he is out and about the touchscreen is very responsive and the quality of the screen is very clear. The phone is a little bit small but the bigger one is too big. It definitely needs a case, but overall, I like it.

Great phone so far, nice color battery health at 88, gets pretty warm when charging but that’s fine with me, nothing concerning at all, didn’t come with a charger or charging block though. Very very minor scratch’s which is good. Overall great purchase and most likely the best refurbished iPhone on the market. (Ps I bought a 12 from a different vendor it came absolutely scratched to high hell and 75 BATTERY HEALTH LIKE OMG) going to return that one soon this one knocks it out of the park!

I usually never do this but I thought it could be good to warn people. The phone was spotless, it looked great and was a great deal. After a few hours of use I started finding some more hidden issues, the camera quality was extra bad compared to other 13s Ive used and the mic and speaker were terrible. Audio never lined up when I watched videos, it seems like maybe the speaker was replaced but it didnt match up with the phone well. The phone was definitely usable, but I need it for work (videos) so it wont work for me. The plus was how easy it was to return! This phone being worth it definitely depends on what you are looking for.

Amazing product, would buy again. was a tad pricey but much worth it. i got this beautiful blue color, and thesr camerad really bring out a vibrant array of design.when i opened the box, there were no visible scuffs or marks and any scratches.on the interior, batter was 100%, and storage was exactly what i paid for.easy to use, comes w a sim card ejector and original packaging. seems very durable, and not heavy at all, light weight.HIGHLY RECOMMEND

It has only been a couple of days, but I am extremely satisfied with my purchase. The phone arrived with 1 day shipping at no extra charge, that was really important to me since my old phone had just been stolen. It arrived in excellent condition, the screen is absolutely perfect. There are just a few very tiny scratches here and there, but you really have to look hard for them. It isn't new, but very close to looking like new. The battery capacity is 85% which is normal for a refurbished item. So far the performance is great, I had no problem setting the phone up with my mobile provider. I was almost put off by the 1 star reviews saying their phone wasn't unlocked or other problems, but I'm really glad I went ahead and bought this phone. It was a great price, overnight delivery, looks practically new, and especially important I had no problems setting it up so I can have a phone again! I can't say in a year if things will be working this well, but I expect they will be. I keep my phone in a good case and I'm not rough with it. I just hope I don't get robbed again, it's tough out there at night especially for women.

I received my iPhone 13 and overall I’m very pleased! The phone arrived on time and was well-packaged for protection. It’s in great condition — just a few small scratches near the top by the camera, but nothing major or noticeable unless you’re really looking for it. Everything else looks and works perfectly. Battery health is solid, the screen is clear with no cracks, and the phone functions just like new. Great value for the price, and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a gently used iPhone.

I was skeptical about buying a phone from Amazon, but this phone was very nice. Some scratches on the back of the phone (doesn't matter, I put a case on it). The battery was at 80% which also doesn't matter because I was going to change the battery anyway. Other than that, great product!

1.0 out of 5 stars PLEASE READ BEFORE CHECK OUT, YOU WILL BE THANKFUL YOU DID!!
Bought what was supposed to be Amazon Renewed Certified Excellent IPhone 13. Was that an absolute lie!! Got the phone and the battery was dead completely, then it won’t stay on longer than 10 minutes!! Shows fully charged but once the charger is removed it just shuts off after no more then 10 minutes, sometimes sooner or immediately even though it shows battery left. When it does decide to stay on the battery goes dead in 30-40 min not even using it. That’s not even the worst part…yeah, it gets even worse!! It literally has NO/ZERO volume. The speakers have major issue! It won’t ring, won’t make any sound when playing videos or music but will randomly make a noise if you mess with the volume adjustment in the menu or if you flip the side volume lock a bunch! Randomly will make a quick sound then it goes right back to mute mode!! I bought a mute phone without knowing or intending to. It absolutely will not make sound or ring when you need or want it to but sure will just randomly spit a sound out for a millisecond!! Get this though, it will ring when called off FaceTime, then if I don’t use Bluetooth earbuds people can’t hear me when I answer or call somebody. Literally not a peep. This was supposed to be an Excellent condition Amazon Renewed IPhone according to this sellers listing!! Guess that tells you what kind of person this is selling people lies and garbage apple products claiming to be Amazon Renewed…so my opinion is steer clear from buying any electronics from this one!! Now I requested a return after paying $293.57 for this junk and basically the seller wanted me to send them images/proof the phone wasn’t working. Had to contact Amazon to get a return approved then the seller had the nerve to offer me a 10% partial refund to keep this junk phone. The nerve!! 10%?? After having the phone a few weeks and getting by with it how it is because I went a month without a phone after my previous IPhone was stolen! This was the replacement and I had to save to get it, a month without a phone is terrible and like I lost a hand…I was excited to finally get this phone and have totally dreaded sending this one back, waiting for it to be received, then wait on refund and then hope to find another phone and purchase it, then wait for it to ship, receive it and activate it. I’d be weeks again without a phone. I pondered this and drove myself nuts worrying about not having my phone again. This brought me hesitantly to the conclusion that I’ll get a partial refund and keep it…then when I can get it fixed or fix it myself and not be without a phone. After I decided this I contacted the seller and explained this and asked for 20% partial refund which would help pay for the repairs not even a small portion of what I’m sure it will actually cost me plus the headaches but 20% is all! I got a message back within a few hours and was told NO!! Said 10% is most they will refund! After all the inconvenience headache and stress this purchase has caused me this “uuuuggghhhhh!!” (Sure you know what that says) doesn’t even have the decency to give me $57 back on a garbage phone I paid $300 for! SO, PLEASE TAKE MY ADVICE AND MY OPINION AND STEER FAR AWAY AN CLEAR Of THIS SELLERS ELECTRONIC STORE OR ANYTHING THEY SELL! SCAMMER in my book and I sincerely hope this review helps somebody else avoid going through anything even remotely like my experience with this seller because the listing sure sounded convincing. But got convinced to buy trash for $300 and a terrible overall experience and a self who has zero compassion, sympathy or morals. 20% was super reasonable to me, I was gonna ask for 50% because that’s about how much of a working IPhone. Needless to say the Phone is getting returned now! They have scorned me and I’m almost to the point of never buying from Amazon again period because they will not help me other then forcing seller to accept return…no compensation for time, stress, inconvenience or losses concurred for being without my phone again. Worst consumer customer experience I’ve ever had in my entire life and I won’t forget it!

Phone arrived in excellent condition, 89% battery life left, in like-new shape. We know this model is several years old, yet there are no scratches or dents or scrapes on the phone. Purchased two phones from seller, the other phone was less life than expected, so can confirm also good communication with seller and returned 2nd phone for a refund.The iPhone 13 received a few important improvements over the previous models. I carried a 13 issued for work for a few years straight so I was able to compare directly the improvements aligned with my use of my older SE model.I would suggest this seller is OK and the iPhone 13 a good platform for purchasers looking to step into into or step up to an affordable iPhone from another platform or from an SE/11 or 4G only model.

I got the black one with 128 gigabytes the phone looks brand new there’s no scratches nothing no glitches and the battery is 100% I was about to go to T-Mobile to buy a new iPhone good thing I didn’t saved 300 and still got a new phone
