I purchased this with refurbished premium. I received it in perfect condition out of the box. After a few weeks it had a few “glitches”. I needed to send it back. Why 5 stars you ask? The return was so easy, no questions asked, offered to help with shipping back etc. I received a credit within a few days. Although I was disappointed the phone had to be returned, I would definitely recommend if wanting to buy a refurbished iPhone.

The iphone 14 was "premium refurbished." However, when taken to the T-mobile store to transfer the old phone information to the newly purchased refurbished phone, the phone would not connect to cell. Tmobile suggested taking the phone to the Apple store because the phone was still under warranty, and Apple might be able to run Apple diagnostics on the iphone. We took the phone to Apple. However, Apple diagnostics indicated that the phone was refurbished with non-Apple parts. At this point, we decided to return the phone and purchase another from Best Buy.

Renewed premium is the way to go! I got the phone sold and shipped by Amazon. Was weary about third parties as they didn’t have great reviews. Phone works great. Looks great, no scratches. Dual e sim is cool. Has a battery health of 100%. The phone was fully unlocked like it advertised. Was very easy to set up. I am pleased.
