Great phone runs smooth,has great battery life and runs games like Honkai star rail and Uma musume perfectly. Only problem for me was that it came with a defective screen with a dark spot on the bottom right and the vibrate function on it is non existent.

I am giving 3 stars because up until this point the phone was essentially perfect. The battery itself started malfunctioning to which it would just randomly would shut off even if it was a) charging or b) had plenty of charge left, and the back of the phone started coming off. I only had this phone for 4 months whereas I bought another Galaxy 20 plus last year and still working and in great condition.

I bought a refurbished Samsung Galaxy S20+, listed in Excellent condition. The phone really is in excellent condition, not a scratch or ding, phone is working great, battery charges and holds a charge well. The S20+ is an upgrade from Galaxy S7 Edge that isn't holding a charge and out of storage. Phone-to phone file transfer completed in about 1 1/2 hours using SmartSwitch. Easy to move SIM and it is working well on Verizon network. I have been using the phone about a month now and am so happy with my purchase. I am using my S7 without SIM to access internet and play app games over WIFI.P.S. Verizon wanted more than double what I paid here + a $35 upgrade fee. I was concerned about buying refurbished here but took a chance and so happy I did. My recommendation to others is to look for the phone you want and pricing of other Amazon sellers and their feedback. I ordered from a seller with a very high feedback rating.

Best Galaxy S model that still supports memory cards. Perfect screen, fast and cheap. Very good photos. Can be used as a desktop computer and can be used with AR glasses to watch movies. I love it!

update: I returned it when I woke up this morning and the screen was starting to dim which was fixed by increasing the brightness a little bit but other reviewers saying their screen failed has me on edge. Between this and my lag on the keyboard/touchscreen that I can't seem to resolve including Diagnostics mode where if you take your finger and drag it in Diagnostics mode you can tell that the screen isn't fully accepting taps always. I'm going to find a better supplierThe phone I received looked good and the batteries seems to be okayish however I'm not sure if it's the touch screen or the processor but whenever I try to type more than three letters in secession it will fail to see the third or fourth letter and will lag down. my old s20 plus that I'm replacing and never did that its made it impossible to use

I ordered the Galaxy S20+ renewed and it was delivered on time and the product is as described. After charging and booting the phone up, I started the setup process. I have MetroPCS and ordered the unlocked version. Once I got to the sim card part, the phone said it was an AT&T phone and needed an AT&T sim. This had me stressed and I thought the phone was not unlocked.So I had to login to metro account and switch my phone for my line. The site also needed me to change my plan. After I got that sorted it, the phone still wasn't recognizing the Sim. Then I went into the phones setting and it game me the option to select metropcs under the VPN settings. After that, the phone recognized the Sim and all calls and texts have worked excellent. The phone is in excellent quality as well, no scratches that I see, charges fast, very responsive screen.This is only day one for this review. I will update if this review changes. I hope this helps for those that may be having trouble with the Sim cards not working for unlocked phones.

I had this Samsung S20+ for about a week and i love this phone!!!Mine was a refurbushed model, not a single scratch on it, looks brand new & no issues when i turned it on the first time & no issues since then.Yes, it did NOT come with the Samsung box, Samsung cable & usb wall charger. I personally do not care! due to i have a box full of samsung usb cables and wall chargers from my old Samsung phones i bought before.It did come with the tool to remove the sd & sim card & that is the only thing i needed.I had no intent & plan of upgrading my samsung s10+ to the samsung s20+. But at the price and buying prior refurbished samsung i am beyond happy i did it!First, The 5G is very quick & compare to older version what ever its called. which i did not believe until i went online away from my house WIFI service and its very quick. Note: not areas have 5G service.The overall phone response is very quick and smooth. The bixy button is gone (thankgod).The quality of the screen resolution is outstanding & wow its clear! It has a few more minor whistles & bells features compare to the samsung s10+ Nothing to noticable. I do like the new front camera location and its small size & its looks better. I also like you see less of the frame around the curved screen. I know & dont care if there is a technocal name for it.Overall the phone looks great & i didnt get a case this time due to i think looks better with out one. I know, but i rarely & never drop my phone (my s10+ back up)Reference to the camera & quality of the picture which was not a selling point for me. You will notice a much better picture & video quality.The phone over all is a tad thinner & tad taller which i think it makes it easier to hold and use.The battery life seems to be better but i have not fully tested it yet.Charging it seems to be quicker & again i have not fully tested it against my s10+.Now, is the samsung s20+ worth buying if you already have a s10 & s10+???Personally NO!!!!!I love my s10+ its great phone! The only reason i got the s20+ was the price $700. But if you can afford one (full price) or find one at great price like i did then YES get one!!!!I could have lived very happy with my s10+ with no regrets if i didnt see this s20+ on amazon!
