My initial first day rating was a 2.I increased it to a 3 today and may come back to update my review with a higher review with this phone.The phone seems to take a long time to charge even with the charging setting set to very fast.The phone heats up very much during charging and moderate use.I need to get use to a smaller size phone. I was not expecting this phone to be 1/2 inch shorter and a bit narrower.I do like the features of this phone.The phone came with a double sided cable to connect old and new phone for data transfer, which was nice.The sim card "pin" tool did not come with the phone, which was a disappointment.I feel the battery doesn't last very long when using the phone minimally.Many notification sounds and ringtones available.I'm still learning and adjusting this phone.The phone looked new (not refurbished). No scratches. I am very pleased.I increased my rating to a 4. It has a lot of features my previous phone did not.I'm still learning the functionality this phone has to offer and I am also learning to live with some functionality I don't care to have. However, I went from an initial rating of 2 up to a 4.The more I learn the functions of the phone, the more like it.

Powerful and with a good amount of RAM/ROM.I really appreciate the all-metal exterior--feels much better made.The screen is clear and bright.At first, I was disappointed with the phone's size, as it was smaller than my previous Galaxy S9+. However, after adding a protective case, I actually like the way it feels in my hands and how solid the whole thing feels.Great cameraCONS:No extra storage slotThe battery capacity is only 3700 mAh and thus not as powerful as most other phones in its class. For me and my work, the battery seems to stay charged most of the day, but this will probably change as the phone ages.No headphone jack. I'll deal with it, but it isn't such a huge feature that it couldn't be included?I haven't been able to figure out if or how to do screen grabs with this phone, so that's disappointing for me.Overall, I give the phone 4 stars. Most of the negatives are minor inconveniences and I appreciate having a *newer* phone with some updated bells and whistles!

Phone came well packed and in time time frame stated. Device is in great condition and battery life is pretty fair for a refurbished phone. Better than my last from a different store. I'll come back for further purchases.

I really hate switching phones so when I bought this I thought it was gonna be a big pain in the ass.And it was a little bit upgrading from an s8, but the more I'm using it, the more I'm getting used to it and I've had no glitches or issues with this phone , it works as if it was brand new. So kudos on the seller because My last phone did have glitches and the one I bought My friend has glitches (not from this seller) Just be aware there's more tracking crap on this phone that you have to turn off if you like your privacy. I recommend you watch a youtube video so you learn how to turn everything off.

I have always wanted the S22 but the price for a new one outrageous so i went with the renewed thinking it would be just as good. All in all, its not horrible. The color is nice, everything works, and the camera is way better than my last phone. However, The battery life of this phone SUCKS!!! I have to keep it plugged in or I have to charge it at least twice throughout the day. And if you're a person that likes to watch videos on tik Tok or Facebook, you better be close to an outlet so you can charge, or you will be left with a dead phone. I'm stuck with it for now, but I won't buy a renewed phone again. Maybe this is a common issue but in all the reviews I have read, I didn't see anything about the battery life being so bad.

I would give it zero stars if I could. I tried once.To work with them and of course that was a waste of my time. I talk to text because of my hands but I have to spend just as much time fixing it because it puts in so many periods everywhere that you can't understand what I'm saying, but the words problem is the minute I walk out my door it shuts my Wi-Fi off. My son text me yesterday. I've called you 4 times are you shut down? My brother just texted me this morning. I called you 4 times yesterday and twice this morning is your phone off? And this morning, I was sitting in my house with my WI.Fi.On so this phone is a piece of you know what

Why did you pick this product vs others?:solid buildValue for money:5 star.one star removed as it has a weird circle in the center of the screen cover. Used on a backup phone so does not affect daily functions. May be unusable for a primary phone.

I must admit that I was slightly skeptical about buying a refurbished phone but this particular phone has opened my eyes to what's possible as I transitioned from a Sansung Galaxy A32 64GB to this masterpiece of a 256GB device! Even though I enjoyed my simple and uncomplicated A32 (which is perfect for luddites, by the way 😉), I remained unenvious of those who think spending BIG 💵💵💵💵 on a (smart) phone could ever be a good idea.But, with this purchase, I acquired the (secret) formula for having my 🍰 and eating it, too! Refurbished doesn't mean "second-hand" or "second-rate" in terms of quality, functionality, features and user-friendliness. I now see that it is possible to make a SMART phone purchase and not pay a DUMB price for it!When paired with a case and screen protector purchase from JETech (also available here on Amazon and reviewed separately) this was a quantum leap forward for me. The phone was in near perfect physical condition (only some minor scratches on the glass and a small gouge/dent on the metal border). This phone in it's satin-smooth, pearl-white finish is totally stunning and is as esthetically pleasing to look at as it is to hold. Samsung also packed a TON of goodies into this small device!It has performed nothing short of flawlessly out of the box and set-up using the Smart Switch App, though initially challenging, worked exceptionally well in the end! I may recommend getting a transfer USB-C Type cable to facilitate a (faster and hassle-free?) transfer from one phone to the other, though.But, so far, I do not regret this absolutely 💯 phone purchase!! A small sacrifice of that "new phone smell" 😉 did NOT mean a sacrifice of functionality and features AT ALL!!
